In the process of performing physical exercises, children of this age develop the qualities of agility, speed, strength, endurance and flexibility. If we take into account their anatomo-physiological characteristics, they have more opportunities to train agility and speed qualities than other qualities, but on the contrary, it is necessary to train the qualities of strength and endurance. But the development of these qualities cannot be stopped at all, because the elements of strength and endurance are necessary for every movement activity, these qualities are manifested during other movement activities even without the teacher's will, in the structure of movements such as walking, jumping, and throwing, these qualities are still manifested.
