Abstract

In the article, the social and professional environment of the "mentor-apprentice" system in the adaptation of young specialists to the profession, objectivity, honesty, fairness, confidentiality and reliability, orientation of young specialists to self-development and scientific activity, development of professional thinking and readiness for innovative change; characteristics of young professionals such as individual creative formation are revealed.
