Abstract

This article examines the measures for the preservation, legal protection and use of cultural heritage objects, and their transfer to future generations in their entirety. The article studies and analyzes the opinions of historians, historians and lawyers. As a result of studying the opinions of historians and historians, practical proposals are made on the preservation of cultural heritage objects, and legal measures for the legal protection of cultural heritage objects are revealed by lawyers. As a result of this scientific research, articles, legislative acts, literature, archival information and other decisions on the legal protection of cultural heritage objects of the Republic of Uzbekistan were studied and analyzed.
