This article is devoted to the policy of tsarism on the resettlement of peoples in Turkestan and its consequences. The article highlights the issues of political, economic, economic and spiritual-educational sphere of life of the population of Turkestan region. The findings of the author are illustrated in specific numbers and dates. The aggressive policy of tsarism is shown in all its manifestations.
